Are your rentals clean?

Yes! We make sure to clean all of our bounce houses very well. We want to make sure that your children are playing in a clean and safe place. After each time someone uses a bounce house, we clean it using special cleaners and make sure it’s germ-free. We also inspect it to make sure it’s really clean.

Do your units contain any lead in the vinyl and are they safe?

All of our bounce houses are made from materials that don’t have any lead. Safety is really important to us, and we want to keep your children safe while they play.

What type of parties and events do you provide rentals for?

Our bounce houses are great for parties and events. We have a lot of different options like bounce houses, water slides, and interactive games. You can use them for birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, company picnics, and many more special occasions.

Can I use a water hose on a bounce house?

Please remember that you should not use water with a bounce house that is not meant for water. But if you want to use water, we have bounce houses that are designed for that. Just let us know, and we will help you choose the right one for your event. We provide a 25-foot-long water hose, but if you need a longer hose, please make sure you have one.

Does the rental have to be set up on grass?

You can set up our bounce houses on different surfaces like grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors. We have different ways to anchor them depending on where you’ll set them up. If it’s on grass, we use long steel stakes to secure them. If it’s on a different surface or indoors, we use sandbags to keep them in place. When you make a reservation, please tell us where you plan to set up the bounce house so we can prepare the right anchoring system.
